Getting to guest lecture at Parsons this week was a blast. It also gave me a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come in the lighting industry when it comes to sustainability…and how far we still have to go.

Energy efficiency was the first wave of making lighting more sustainable. The next wave is going to tackle embodied carbon.
